1. Overview
At RavioLux, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in the quality of our premium clothing and aim to ensure every customer receives exactly what they ordered. If, however, you are not fully satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact.
- Customized, discounted, or sale items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
3. Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact us through WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, item name, and reason for return or exchange.
- Our support team will review your request and guide you through the process.
- Once approved, you can send the parcel back to the address shared by our team.
4. Conditions for Exchange
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability. If your desired size or item is unavailable, you may select an alternative product of equal or greater value by paying the price difference.
5. Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only issued in special cases such as:
- Wrong item sent by our warehouse
- Manufacturing defect confirmed by quality control
- Out-of-stock product after payment confirmation
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product received was incorrect or defective. In such cases, RavioLux will cover the return shipping charges.
7. Color & Size Disclaimer
Please note that slight color or fabric tone differences may occur due to lighting and display variations. Such differences do not qualify for returns or refunds.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with pictures or video proof. Our support team will review and resolve the issue promptly.
